The firm is a well-established and highly respected mid-market private equity fund with a strong track record of backing ambitious management teams and creating long-term value. With a pan-European investment mandate and sector-agnostic approach, the fund focuses on control investments in high-potential businesses, typically with enterprise values between €50m–€150m.

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will play a key role across all stages of the investment lifecycle – from deal origination and execution to portfolio monitoring and value creation. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing and entrepreneurial team, with strong exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of internal investment materials
• Conduct sector and market research to help identify and assess thematic investment opportunities
• Work closely with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders during deal processes
• Assist in monitoring portfolio companies, including performance tracking, reporting, and participation in strategic initiatives
• Prepare board materials and investor updates in collaboration with the investment and finance teams
• Take an active role in value creation projects across the portfolio (e.g. M&A, operational improvements, strategic repositioning)

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or private equity
• Strong academic credentials in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Commercial mindset with strong business judgment and attention to detail
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a close-knit team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required (additional European languages a plus)
• Prior exposure to private equity-style transactions (LBOs, M&A, due diligence) preferred
