An investment platform focused on energy infrastructure and the energy transition is seeking an Associate to join its investment team. The platform invests in large-scale, system-critical assets across power generation, transmission & distribution, and broader energy transition infrastructure. Backed by institutional capital, the strategy focuses on long-term value creation and stable, risk-adjusted returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of investments across the full deal lifecycle:
    • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, project finance, LBO where relevant)
    • Perform valuation analysis and scenario testing
    • Coordinate and review due diligence workstreams (technical, commercial, legal)
    • Conduct industry and market analysis across energy transition sectors (renewables, grids, storage, integrated platforms)
    • Prepare investment materials for internal committees and external stakeholders
    • Assist in portfolio management and asset monitoring, including performance tracking and value creation initiatives
    • Work closely with senior team members, management teams, and external advisors
Candidate Profile
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in:
    • Investment banking (M&A, power & utilities, infrastructure)
    • Infrastructure / private equity investing
    • Project finance or energy advisory
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
  • Clear interest in energy transition and infrastructure investing
  • Excellent academic background
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to operate in a lean team environment
