Vice President to join its growing Real Estate Capital Advisory team in London.
The team advises leading institutional investors, private equity firms, asset managers and developers on complex financing and strategic transactions across European real estate markets.
Responsibilities Execute and lead complex financing and advisory mandates across the real estate sector.
Manage transaction processes from origination through execution.
Prepare and review financial models, investment analyses and client presentations.
Coordinate due diligence processes and interact with clients, lenders and investors.
Support senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Mentor and oversee junior team members.
Requirements Approximately
5–7 years of relevant experience within Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance or Capital Markets.
Strong execution experience across complex debt or financing transactions.
Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple live transactions.
Strong commercial judgement and client-facing skills.
Fluency in English is essential; an additional European language is highly desirable.
