We're partnering with an innovative, venture-backed life sciences company that is expanding its leadership team and is looking to hire a Project Manager to support the execution of a complex clinical development programme.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional activities across clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, quality, finance and external partners, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and key priorities are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain integrated programme plans, timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
- Drive programme governance, planning meetings and executive reporting.
- Monitor risks, dependencies and budgets, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and development partners.
- Prepare concise updates, dashboards and board-level materials.
- Help build scalable programme management processes as the organisation continues to grow.
Requirements
- 5+ years' project or programme management experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or another regulated life sciences environment.
- Experience supporting cross-functional clinical development programmes.
- Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory processes, manufacturing and external vendor management.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting late-stage clinical development programmes.
- Exposure to complex biologics or advanced therapeutics.
- Experience working with external development or manufacturing partners.
- Previous experience in a high-growth biotech or venture-backed environment is advantageous.
