We are currently working with a leading international investment platform to hire an Associate to join their London-based team, focused on infrastructure and real assets transactions across global markets. This role offers exposure to complex cross-border deals, with a particular emphasis on energy, utilities, and broader infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members on both origination and execution, gaining significant responsibility early on.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of M&A and financing transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance models)
- Preparing investment materials, including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and internal committee papers
- Conducting market, sector, and company analysis to support transaction processes
- Coordinating due diligence processes and liaising with external advisors and clients
Candidate profile:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking or advisory
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or real assets is highly preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience working on live transactions (buy-side and/or sell-side)
- Strong academic background
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
