About the Role:

We are seeking talented individuals to join our client's VC fund investment team as a 2nd Year Analyst or 1st Year Associate . This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading European venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in climate technology and social impact . We invest in transformative solutions that drive the energy transition, carbon economy, and sustainable innovation, with a strong emphasis on deeptech and hardware-enabled businesses.

What You Will Do:

• Source, evaluate, and execute investments in early-stage climate tech startups across Europe.

• Perform in-depth financial and technical analyses of potential portfolio companies.

• Conduct market research and due diligence, focusing on sectors such as energy systems, advanced materials, and sustainable infrastructure.

• Support the investment team in deal execution, portfolio management, and impact measurement.

• Collaborate with founders to help scale innovative technologies that address systemic climate challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

Background : Strong academic credentials, ideally a science or engineering degree (e.g., physics, material science, energy systems, or related disciplines).

Experience : 2+ years for Analysts; 3+ years for Associates, ideally from VC, investment banking, strategy consulting, or operational experience in a deeptech startup.

Sector Knowledge : Passion for deeptech innovation, hardware technologies, and the climate tech ecosystem.

Skills : Exceptional analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
