A leading advisory firm with a strong UK and international presence is looking to hire an M&A Associate to join its growing London-based Corporate Finance team, with a focus on Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT).

This team has a strong track record in mid-market transactions and is known for delivering high-quality, hands-on deal execution across a wide range of sectors — with TMT as a strategic priority.

We\’re looking for individuals who have:

• Experience in M&A advisory or transaction services (from investment banks, Big 4, or M&A boutiques)
• A genuine interest in the TMT sector, with relevant deal exposure
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
• The ability to contribute to deals from start to finish, including financial analysis, market research, and client interaction
