We are working with a highly regarded investment banking team in London that is looking to hire an Associate into its Healthcare M&A practice. The team has a strong track record across healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences, and offers exposure to a broad range of mid- to large-cap transactions across Europe. This is a lean and collaborative environment where Associates are given meaningful responsibility from the outset, including involvement in financial modelling, valuation work, preparation of client materials, and day-to-day management of transaction processes.
Key requirements:
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in investment banking or a similar M&A-focused environment
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
- Solid transaction experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare (not essential)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
