Our Client, fast‑growing boutique investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join its London‑based team. The firm specialises in providing strategic M&A and capital‑raising advisory services to clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and live transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support execution of M&A and financing transactions across the TMT landscape
- Perform complex financial analysis, modelling, and valuation work (DCF, LBO, public comps, precedent transactions)
- Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations
- Conduct sector research, competitive analysis, and target identification
- Interact directly with clients, investors, and counterparties throughout the deal process
- Help mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with TMT deal exposure
- Strong academic background with a solid foundation in corporate finance
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Highly detail‑oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Self‑starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, high‑performance team
- Passion for the TMT sector and a strong interest in advising growth companies
