Our Client, a fast-growing boutique investment bank, is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join its London-based team. The firm specializes in providing strategic M&A and capital raising advisory services to clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and live transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support execution of M&A and financing transactions across the TMT landscape
- Perform complex financial analysis, modeling, and valuation work (DCF, LBO, public comps, precedent transactions)
- Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations
- Conduct sector research, competitive analysis, and target identification
- Interact directly with clients, investors, and counterparties throughout the deal process
- Help mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with TMT deal exposure
