As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking an

Investment Associate to join its London investment team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-quality transactions while gaining exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including deal execution, financial analysis, due diligence, portfolio support, and exit planning.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and screen new investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and investment returns.
  • Perform commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and materials for the Investment Committee.
  • Conduct detailed market, industry, and competitive research.
  • Support transaction execution alongside management teams, advisors, lenders, and legal counsel.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.
  • Assist with exit preparations and strategic portfolio projects.
  • Candidate Profile
  • 1–3 years' experience in M&A Investment Banking at a

Bulge Bracket or Elite Boutique investment bank.

  • Outstanding financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Genuine passion for growth equity investing and partnering with high-growth businesses.

  • Strong commercial judgement and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High-energy, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with an excellent academic record.
  • Preferred Sector Exposure
