This opportunity offers exposure to complex financial transactions, strategic investments, capital raising and corporate development initiatives, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of strategic investment and corporate finance opportunities.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation and commercial analysis.
- Assess healthcare, biotechnology and technology businesses, markets and investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment materials, financial presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Support fundraising, transaction execution and broader corporate development activities.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on high-impact strategic projects.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Exposure to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or Technology transactions is highly desirable.
- Strong academic background from a leading university.
- A scientific or technical academic background would be advantageous.
- Commercially minded, intellectually curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
