The Opportunity
The London office is looking to hire an ambitious and analytically strong Associate to join its Growth Lending strategy. The role offers hands-on exposure to deal origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management, with direct interaction with senior team members and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structuring
- Build detailed financial models and conduct downside sensitivity analysis
- Prepare investment committee materials and support decision-making processes
- Conduct due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, and operational areas
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and ongoing engagement with borrowers
- Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, advisors, and other market participants
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in direct lending, private credit, leveraged finance or investment banking (ideally sponsor coverage or structured finance)
- Strong technical and analytical skill set with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in growth companies and capital solutions
- Confident communicator with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
