The firm is seeking a dynamic Investment Director – Renewables to lead and execute transactions across the fast-evolving renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and execute investments in renewable energy assets (e.g., solar, wind, storage, hydrogen, bioenergy).
- Lead all phases of deal execution: due diligence, valuation, negotiations, structuring, and closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, utilities, corporates, financial sponsors, and advisors.
- Monitor portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance to enhance operational and financial performance.
- Present and defend investment opportunities to the Investment Committee and senior stakeholders.
- Identify emerging trends, regulatory developments, and technological innovations in clean energy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in renewable energy investment, infrastructure private equity, or energy M&A.
- Proven track record of leading transactions in the renewables sector.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and structuring skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of regulatory, technical, and commercial aspects of renewable energy projects.
