The firm specialises in providing strategic M&A and capital-raising advisory services to clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support execution of M&A and financing transactions across the TMT landscape
- Perform complex financial analysis, modelling, and valuation work (DCF, LBO, public comps, precedent transactions)
- Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations
- Conduct sector research, competitive analysis, and target identification
- Interact directly with clients, investors, and counterparties throughout the deal process
- Help mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives
