Investment Execution- Lead financial modelling and valuation analysis for new investment opportunities
- Support the full deal lifecycle including origination, due diligence, structuring, and execution
- Analyse infrastructure assets with a focus on long-term cash flow stability and downside protection
- Coordinate advisors (legal, commercial, technical, ESG) throughout transactions
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives
- Work closely with management teams to drive operational improvements and value creation
- Assist with refinancing, bolt-on acquisitions, and exit planning
- Conduct thematic research across infrastructure subsectors (energy transition, digitalisation, utilities)
- Evaluate regulatory frameworks and market dynamics impacting infrastructure investments
- Contribute to investment committee materials and internal strategy discussions
- Engage with senior internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support investor reporting and fundraising materials where required
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Infrastructure private equity
- Investment banking (M&A / infrastructure / energy)
- Infrastructure advisory or project finance
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities
