We are looking for both experienced bakers and assistant bakers to join our team! Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your journey in baking, we offer a great environment for growth and skill development. You will be working with artisanal breads and puff pastries, ensuring top-quality products for our bakery and coffee shop.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Independently or collaboratively manage the baking of bread and pastries.
  • Prepare and weigh ingredients for various baked goods.
  • Ensure consistency in delivering high-quality products.
  • Follow production schedules and recipes.
  • Shape and bake sourdough, laminated pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery.
  • Participate in recipe development, testing, and quality control.
  • Assist with stocktaking and stock rotation.
  • Pack and prepare orders for delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience is preferred but not necessary - full training provided.
  • Passion for baking and a commitment to high standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in your baking career.

Working Conditions:

  • Both full-time and part-time positions available.
  • 4-day work schedule with 3 days off.
  • 5-day work schedule with 2 days off.
  • Shifts start at 2 am, with a minimum of 5 hours per day.
  • Start date: ASAP.
