The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and a relevant Electrical qualification. This role requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Junior Electrical Project Manager position: * Assist the Project Managers in leading and managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise * Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget estimates * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution * Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all aspects of the project * Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports Essential Skills and Experience Required for our Electrical Project Manager position: * Some previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively * Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients and team members * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * A degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or relevant Electrical qualification is required Schedule: Monday – Friday, office-based and site-visits with some travelling to sites required Location: CW4 Apply today: Early interview with a view to a January 2026 start date for the successful candidate
