Company Overview:
We’re looking for a self-motivated Appointment Setter who is results-driven with a passion for connecting with people, to join a small team within an expanding IT services and solutions provider located in Cullen.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for lead generation, making outbound calls to engage with potential clients and making appointments to drive business growth. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to work on a part-time basis whilst earning a basic salary plus uncapped commission.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to promote the companies IT products, services and solutions to potential clients
* Communicate professionally and persuasively to build rapport and generate interest
* Identify and develop new business opportunities by scheduling and confirming appointments
* Build a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate records, keeping client interactions and information updated on the CRM system
* Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
* Confidence in making outbound calls, speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* The ability to identify potential opportunities and a resilient and proactive approach to overcoming objections
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent Microsoft office skills including excel, Word, PowerPoint & CRM systems
* Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or business development is a requirement for this role
* Some knowledge of IT services and solutions would be advantageous however product training will be provided for the right candidate
Schedule: 11-18 hours per week & flexibility with regards to days worked to fit around your other commitments
