Company Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an established North Wales based manufacturing company. The successful candidate will ideally take ownership of the full sales cycle, whilst demonstrating a strong commercial outlook and the ambition, resilience and drive to identify new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities for our Sales Manager:
- Developing new accounts, managing leads and driving sales whilst creating an exceptional customer relationship
- Support business growth with a hands-on approach to sales activity

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Presenting forecasts and performance updates to senior management
- Ensuring the CRM is updated with accurate information
Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-the-road/hybrid working with one day per week to be office-based
