Company Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an established North Wales based manufacturing company. The successful candidate will ideally take ownership of the full sales cycle, whilst demonstrating a strong commercial outlook and the ambition, resilience and drive to identify new market opportunities. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package along with the opportunity to excel and progress to a Sales Director position.

Key Skills/Experience Required for our Sales Manager:

  • A proven background in sales and business development
  • Sales and revenue driven with the determination to achieve results
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with the skills to influence decision-making at senior level
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple sales activities
  • Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills

  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities for our Sales Manager:

  • Developing new accounts, managing leads and driving sales whilst creating an exceptional customer relationship
  • Support business growth with a hands-on approach to sales activity
  • Own revenue and growth targets, consistently driving new business performance
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Presenting forecasts and performance updates to senior management
  • Ensuring the CRM is updated with accurate information

Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-the-road/hybrid working with one day per week to be office-based

Location: Wrexham, North Wales
