We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administration Assistant to support the team at Head Office in managing various technology-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a good understanding of office procedures. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing assistance to staff as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to navigate around Microsoft Office 365 applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on good phone etiquette
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
