Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader: To lead and coordinate a team of 3 Engineers Effectively manage the daily workload of the department Lead and support the engineering team in planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimise downtime Ensure health and safety compliance Responsible for completing all paperwork and reporting Day-to-day parts ordering
Essential Skills and Experience Required
for our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader
: A proactive, hands-on approach A team player with proven leadership capability Knowledge and implementation of 5S methodology, lean techniques and quality focus ISO exposure PLC experience (Mitsubishi preferred) A relevant engineering qualification
