Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader:
- To lead and coordinate a team of 3 Engineers
- Effectively manage the daily workload of the department
- Lead and support the engineering team in planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimise downtime
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Responsible for completing all paperwork and reporting
- Day-to-day parts ordering
Essential Skills and Experience Requiredfor our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader:
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- A team player with proven leadership capability
- Knowledge and implementation of 5S methodology, lean techniques and quality focus
- ISO exposure
- PLC experience (Mitsubishi preferred) is a requirement for this position
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
