Key Duties & Responsibilities for our QA Coordinator:
- Providing effective QA solutions and supporting their implementation
- Product testing - ensuring finished products comply with specifications and meet customer expectations
- Investigating defects and issues reported by stakeholders and end users, supporting root cause analysis and resolution
- Executing safe working practice
- Managing ISO accreditation performance
Essential Skills and Experience Required for our QA Coordinator:
- Knowledge/experience of lean manufacturing and ISO accreditation
- A high level of customer service excellence
- Proven ability to plan & organise workload and to adhere to targets/deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide feedback in a professional & constructive manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective decision-making skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
