What we’re looking for: The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of paid media across the Broadwick Spaces and Services portfolio, with a dual mandate: building brand awareness and visibility for our venues and services, and driving the qualified leads and revenue that keep our commercial pipeline healthy. Alongside paid media, the role spans the wider digital mix, including ownership of the HubSpot CRM platform, lifecycle marketing, SEO & AEO, website performance and digital analytics.
What you’ll be accountable and responsible for:
- Paid Media and Performance: Plan and execute paid digital media campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic, with a clear dual objective: building brand awareness for Broadwick venues and services, and generating qualified leads that convert to revenue. Manage media budget allocation across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic channels, balancing investment between brand awareness objectives and direct response objectives, with clear attribution reporting on both.
- CRM Strategy and HubSpot: Own the HubSpot platform across Broadwick Spaces and Services, with responsibility for system configuration, workflows, properties, integrations and reporting structures. Work with the Marketing and Sales team to deliver CRM strategy through practical automation, segmentation and lead nurturing programmes.
- Lifecycle Marketing and Lead Nurture: Design and manage lifecycle marketing journeys that support both B2B venue sales and B2C event audiences. Build automated nurture programmes that guide prospects through the customer journey while strengthening engagement with existing clients.
- Audience Segmentation and Client Development: Develop and manage segmentation strategies that enable targeted communications to key audiences including corporate clients, event agencies, promoters and returning customers.
- Digital Performance and Reporting: Lead and develop the digital marketing function, setting clear direction, priorities and performance expectations. Act as the senior digital voice within the marketing team, contributing to commercial planning and strategic discussions.
You’ll need to have:
- Solid hands-on experience in a digital marketing role with demonstrable expertise in paid media.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic platforms.
- Experience operating CRM platforms, including segmentation, workflow builds, pipeline configuration and reporting.
- Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of how digital marketing contributes to lead generation, pipeline performance and revenue outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a multi-venue, multi-brand or experience-led business.
- Experience working in agency-side digital roles or within multi-venue marketing.
- Understanding of marketing within both B2B and B2C contexts.
