What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a strategically minded and operationally excellent Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to support and grow Broadwick’s long-term brand partnerships. Reporting into the Director of Entertainment, this role is focused on driving new strategic opportunities, while ensuring seamless internal delivery, financial rigour, and partner satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of clients and events. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Brand Partnerships, this role will support the wider Brand Partnerships team across strategy, account management, and internal and external stakeholder management.
This role will act as a key point of contact across internal teams (marketing, creative, production, music) and brand clients - managing integration, communications, delivery, and reporting.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Strategic Sales, Outreach & Growth
- Supporting the development and growth of strategic partnerships, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with relevant and cultural brands.
- Leading the sales and delivery process with partners; from outreach, to creative ideation, negotiation, implementation, and delivery.
- Driving proactive outreach to cultural brands, category partners, and strategic clients aligned with our audiences and cultural spaces.
- Providing regular performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, areas of growth, and strategic opportunities for future partnership expansion.
- Account Management & Delivery
- Overseeing the delivery and account management of brand partnerships, ensuring exceptional service levels and high client satisfaction across the entire lifecycle of the partnership.
- Leading the development and execution of joint marketing strategies with partners, collaborating with internal Marketing and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and content.
- Leading on creative production and activation delivery for Brand Partner activations.
- Supporting the Account Managers in ensuring exceptional on-site experiences for brand partners, including hospitality coordination, event logistics, and real-time troubleshooting to maintain high service standards.
- Managing ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, providing regular updates and insights, and supporting creative feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Leading client reporting, providing data-driven insights to demonstrate the value of partnerships and uncover opportunities for future collaboration.
- Taking an active role during event seasons, being available evenings and weekends as needed to support the delivery of brand activations and event-specific responsibilities.
- Strategy, Financial & Legal Oversight
- Supporting the Head of Commercial Brand Partnerships in developing the team across partnership strategy and planning.
- Supporting budget tracking and P&L management across the department.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholder management.
- Leading contract negotiations with brand partners and managing the contract process with legal and Account Managers, ensuring terms are clearly defined and mutually beneficial while maintaining compliance with internal policies.
- Overseeing the contracting and invoicing process in collaboration with the finance team, including payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Team Management
- Leading the performance management and development of direct line reports, including coaching, feedback, mentoring, and weekly 1-1s.
- Supporting the Head of Commercial Brand Partnerships with overall team management, including business planning, resource planning, and performance management.
- Supporting process implementation and systems management across the team.
- Managing People/HR proceedings as required.
- Creating a work environment that aligns with Broadwick values and principles.

- Carrying out ad hoc duties when required.
You’ll need to have:
- Success in partnership management and delivery from a venue or festival background, with a focus on cultivating meaningful, high-value relationships that drive sustainable business growth.
- Experience building and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships, ideally with relationships with the fashion, technology, lifestyle, or cultural sectors.
- Experience in direct line management.
- An understanding of how to create integrated, value-driven campaigns that align with both brand objectives and Broadwick’s cultural identity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and P&L management for strategic partnerships.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner deliverables.
- The ability and initiative to work with clients to ensure their needs are being met with short turnaround times.
- Exceptional commercial acumen demonstrated through the alignment of business mission, strategies and objectives.
