Role: Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

Reports into: Director of Entertainment

Location: London

Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (42.5 hours per week)

Contract Length: 12 months (Maternity Cover)

What we're looking for: We are looking for a strategically minded and operationally excellent Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to support and grow Broadwick's long-term brand partnerships. Reporting into the Director of Entertainment, this role is focused on driving new strategic opportunities, while ensuring seamless internal delivery, financial rigour, and partner satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of clients and events.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategic Sales, Outreach & Growth: Supporting the development and growth of strategic partnerships, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with relevant and cultural brands.
  • Account Management & Delivery: Overseeing the delivery and account management of brand partnerships, ensuring exceptional service levels and high client satisfaction across the entire lifecycle of the partnership.
  • Strategy, Financial & Legal Oversight: Supporting the Head of Commercial Brand Partnerships in developing the team across partnership strategy and planning.
  • Team Management: Leading the performance management and development of direct line reports, including coaching, feedback, mentoring, and weekly 1-1s.

You'll need to have:

  • Success in partnership management and delivery from a venue or festival background, with a focus on cultivating meaningful, high-value relationships that drive sustainable business growth.
  • Experience building and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships, ideally with relationships with the fashion, technology, lifestyle, or cultural sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and P&L management for strategic partnerships.

Nice to haves:

  • Prior experience working across alcohol partnerships would be beneficial.
  • A fan of electronic music is an asset but not essential.
