We believe in redefining spaces and how people experience music, art, culture and recreation by breaking down the traditional barriers. Our history and heritage is deeply rooted in music, building a portfolio of 20 global festivals before selling the portfolio in 2019 to focus on our growing portfolio of venues that includes Printworks London, Depot Mayfield Manchester, Drumsheds London, Exhibition White City and Magazine London.
Collectively we strive to push boundaries and disrupt the cultural landscape by combining big thinking, bold ideas and commercial intelligence to produce spaces and experiences for discerning audiences in inspiring locations.

This role is focused on driving new strategic opportunities, as well as ensuring seamless internal delivery, financial rigour, and partner satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of clients and events.
This role will act as the central hub across internal teams (marketing, creative, production, music) and brand clients - managing integration, communications, delivery and reporting. You’ll also lead on freelancer oversight, contract management, invoicing, and the internal systems that underpin the Brand Partnerships Department.
Direct reports:
- Brand Partnerships Account Manager
- Brand Partnerships Account Coordinator
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Strategic Sales, Outreach & Growth: Leading the development and growth of strategic partnerships, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with relevant and cultural brands. Identifying new opportunities for meaningful brand integration within Broadwick Live’s events and venues, creating bespoke opportunities for high-value partners. Driving proactive outreach to cultural brands, category partners, and strategic clients aligned with our audiences and cultural spaces. Cultivating trust and rapport with key brand stakeholders, ensuring that our relationships evolve into long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable revenue. Taking a consultative approach with clients, understanding their long-term objectives and aligning our offerings to meet their evolving needs. Providing regular performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, areas of growth, and strategic opportunities for future partnership expansion. Overseeing and evolving our strategic partnership sales strategy to ensure consistent growth, pipeline velocity, and team-wide accountability.
- Account Management & Delivery: Overseeing the full delivery and account management of strategic brand partnerships, ensuring exceptional service levels and high client satisfaction across the entire lifecycle of the partnership. Leading the development and execution of joint marketing strategies with partners, collaborating with our internal Marketing and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and content. Taking an active role during event seasons, being available evenings and weekends as needed to oversee the delivery of brand activations and event-specific responsibilities. Ensuring exceptional on-site experiences for brand partners, including hospitality coordination, event logistics, and real-time troubleshooting to maintain high service standards. Managing ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, providing regular updates and insights, and supporting creative feedback loops for continuous improvement. Supporting clients in executing ticket competitions, consumer activations, and other partner-led initiatives, fostering deeper engagement with their audiences. Leading client reporting, providing data-driven insights to demonstrate the value of partnerships and uncovering opportunities for future collaboration.
- Contracting, Legal & Financial Oversight: Leading contract negotiations with strategic brand partners, ensuring terms are clearly defined and mutually beneficial while maintaining compliance with internal policies. Collaborating closely with the Finance team to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation for all partnerships, ensuring financial processes run smoothly. Ensuring that all partnership agreements align with the broader business objectives and that financial and legal compliance is strictly maintained.
- Team: Liaising with the people team and company payroll across salaries, new starters/leavers and management of incentives in partnership with the Director of Entertainment. Supporting the Director of Entertainment with resource planning and leading on recruitment. Leading on the performance management and development of direct line reports. Managing People/HR proceedings as required. Identifying training needs and guiding team development, working with the line manager and other business directors. Creating a work environment that aligns with Broadwick values and principles.
- Other: Carrying out ad hoc duties when required.
You’ll need to have:
- Extensive experience building and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships, ideally within the fashion, technology, lifestyle, or cultural sectors.
