THE ROLE
The Senior Producer will be a pivotal role within the business working within the Brand Experience team. You will be an experienced and client facing event and project lead with a collaborative approach to delivering projects at the highest level of Brand Experience and Event Production. You will be adept at taking a project through all stages from concept and brief, through the pitch process and into activation and delivery. You will have broad experience across project leadership and creative and technical production. Experience of retail, content, digital and programming would be a bonus but are not essential.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead projects from pitch or brief stage through the full project lifecycle through to wrap up and reconciliation
- Work across Live Events, Brand Experiences, Content Production and Retail Activations at the highest level
- Be the point of contact for day-to-day client communications on your projects working with clients at all levels with professionalism and seniority
- Work collaboratively with creative, production and technical teams and suppliers to ensure that creative is pushed as far as it can be with a technical and commercial view as to how it will be delivered
- Ensure accurate adherence to timelines and process and ensure all stakeholder deadlines and workstreams are managed pro-actively
- Lead projects, events and productions and ensure we have the right team in place to deliver to the highest level in line with project P&L
- Manage time and expenses and internal reporting on project commercials
- Work closely with cross functional teams and directly with clients to support with production expertise and to realise big creative ideas
- Feel confident leading client meetings, presenting at the highest level to senior client partners
- Supporting in new business acquisition and pitches as needed
- Line manage, support and coach your team to be the best that they can be in their role and give them the tools they need to move upwards and onwards in their careers
ABOUT YOU
- You will have a minimum of five years plus experience working in agencies in a similar role either in house or in an extended freelance capacity
- You will have experience of working on and managing large project budgets of £500k - £1m +
- You will have worked on major music, sport, fashion and creative productions at the highest level and scale with major brands
- You will understand creative, culture, trends, programming and strategy and how these shape brand experience and marketing
- You will have a desire to drive innovation within the business, creating beautiful & impactful work that strives to make a difference (environmentally and socially)
- You will have a fastidious attention to detail, be administratively organised and diligent and drive and champion process and systems
- You will have led complex and varied projects internationally with an understanding of multi-currency project management and budgeting alongside meeting agency P&L targets
- You will be comfortable working with clients at all levels, managing complex client relationships and delivering client communication and presentations at a senior level
- You will have a full understanding of the lifecycle and process of a live event – from pitch and creative concept through to on site delivery – with the ability to manage all the elements in between
- You will be calm, supportive and organised with a meticulous attention to detail
- You will be motivated to always push creative ideas as far as possible to deliver the best possible results
- However you will also be pragmatic, realistic and diligent never to over promise or under deliver managing expectations brilliantly while looking for alternative solutions
- You will be a team player and collaborator and excel in motivating, managing and corralling the people around you with experience in line management and team development
- You will have a solid understanding of structural build and technical set up as needed for creative and production excellence
- You will be adept at working across multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously if required (without being overloaded of course!)
