THE ROLE
As Associate Creative Director, you will move beyond daily design tasks to provide the creative vision for our most significant brand experiences. Whether overseeing a global tour, a high-profile launch, or a tech-integrated activation, you will be responsible for the creative direction of the project.
We are looking for a creative with a strong narrative focus. You will lead the core concept and own the narrative script, ensuring that every touchpoint—from the initial invitation to the physical environment is conceptually rigorous. Your focus will be on the end-to-end guest journey and the overall experience.
While you may not be required to model, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the 3D pipeline. You will be expected to sketch visions, brief 3D teams with precision, and critique renders with an established eye for lighting, texture, and composition. You will lead pitches, manage a design team, and ensure our creative output remains of the highest standard.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptual development of live brand experiences. You will own the Big Idea and consider how it lives across all physical, digital and content.
- Pitch Mastery: Lead new business pitches from start to finish. You will write the narrative, direct the visual style, and present directly to clients with confidence and charisma.
- 3D Workflow Direction: Oversee the 3D production pipeline. You will brief and mentor 3D designers, ensuring that spatial planning and visualisations (lighting, textures, atmosphere) meet our quality standard.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with strategists, designers and other creatives, fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence.
- Production Oversight: Collaborate with the production team to ensure concepts are buildable and cost-effective. You should have a designer’s eye for materials and a good grasp of fabrication costs.
- Narrative Writing: Craft the scripts and story of an event, ensuring the guest journey is considered at every step.
- Quality Control: Direct art direction on-site during builds to ensure the final physical output matches the creative vision perfectly.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience: 4–5+ years in a senior creative role within a brand experience, experiential, or live event agency.
- Proven Spatial Portfolio: You have a portfolio of built work. We want to see real‑world examples of your work alongside your initial concepts.
- Conceptual Depth: You are a "big picture" thinker who can link a brand’s values to a physical experience.
- Technical Literacy: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Keynote.
- 3D Pipeline Fluency: While you may not be a daily modeller, you understand the mechanics of SketchUp, C4D, or Unreal Engine enough to direct a team effectively.
- Production Savvy: You know the difference between a high-end finish and a budget solution. You understand print processes and fabrication.
- Sector Passion: You have deep experience or a genuine passion for Sports, Luxury, and Tech.
- Hands‑on 3D: Proficiency in SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or Vectorworks is a huge plus.
- Tech Integration: Experience with AR/VR, RFID gamification, or projection mapping.
- Motion: Ability to cut sizzle reels or case study videos in After Effects or Premiere.
