We are looking for a Restaurant Waiter to join our Dear Jackie team @Broadwick Soho. The on target earning potential for this role is £38,000 per annum (£18.21 per hour) based on working 40 hours over 5 days a week - comprising a base salary of £13.58 per hour plus a qualified estimate of £9,676 per annum in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

You will build real connections with our guests, anticipate their needs before they are voiced, and create the kind of effortless, personal experience that keeps people coming back. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a similar role in a luxury bar or restaurant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
  • A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Ability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week including some evenings and weekends on a rotated basis.
