We are looking for a Restaurant Runner to join our Dear Jackie team at Broadwick Soho. Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.
The on target earning potential for this role is £36,600 per annum based on working 40 hours over 5 days a week - comprising a base salary of £13.21 per hour plus a qualified estimate of £9,048 per annum in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

Why You?
As a Runner at Broadwick Soho, you will be an essential part of the front of house team, keeping service flowing seamlessly from kitchen to table. Working closely with our chefs and waiters across Dear Jackie and Bar Jackie, you will be responsible for delivering food to the right place at the right time, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen looking exactly as it should and arrives to the guest promptly and with care. You will set up and clear tables, support the team during service, and maintain the energy and pace that makes our restaurants the vibrant, welcoming spaces our guests love.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

- Experience in a similar role in a luxury bar or restaurant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
- A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
