We are looking for a Barback to join our Flute team at Broadwick Soho. The on target earning potential for this role is £36,700 per annum based on working 40 hours over 5 days a week - comprising a base salary of £27,552 (£13.21 per hour) plus a qualified estimate of £9,148 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

Your duties include restocking spirits, glassware, and garnishes, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, and assisting bartenders during high-volume service. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential to support an elevated guest experience.
