We are looking for a Private Dining Room Floor Manager to join our Food and Beverage team @Broadwick Soho.

We are bringing the spirit of Soho to life in a glorious hotel. As a Private Dining Room Floor Manager at Broadwick Soho, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and seamless private dining experiences. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of private dining functions, you will ensure each event runs smoothly from intimate dinners to high-profile gatherings while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Collaborating closely with the Events, Culinary, and Front of House teams, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every guest experience is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a similar role in an events or private dining luxury hospitality operation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
  • A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Ability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week including weekends.
