We are looking for a Back of House Supervisor to join our team at Broadwick Soho. The on-target earning potential for this role is £40,000 per annum based on working 40 hours over 5 days a week, comprising a base salary of £16.00 per hour plus a qualified annual average estimate of £9,629 per annum in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

As Back of House Supervisor at Broadwick Soho, you will play a vital role in keeping the heart of our operation running seamlessly. Working closely with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team, you will oversee and support the day-to-day management of the back of house operation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency across all kitchen areas. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Kitchen Porters, managing rotas and maintaining the equipment, storage, and hygiene standards that our kitchens depend on. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

- Experience in a similar role at supervisory level in a luxury hotel operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
