Floor Manager OTE 44K We are looking for an exceptional Floor Manager to join the team at Flute one of Londons most celebrated rooftop bars and dining destinations, perched above the rooftops of Soho with views that stop guests in their tracks.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the floor of a venue that is as visually stunning as it is operationally demanding and to make your mark on a guest experience that is truly unlike anywhere else in the city.

This is a role for a natural leader someone who walks onto the floor and instantly lifts the energy of the room, who sets the standard for every shift, and who inspires a team to deliver service that goes far beyond the expected.
