CONTRACT TYPE: hours per week, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: As the Production Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of our production warehouse, ensuring that all equipment is received, stored, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Assist with the daily operations of the production warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is properly received, stored, and delivered.
  • Work closely with the Production Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all client jobs are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Abide by all warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair or replacement of any equipment.
  • Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and that all items are properly labelled and tracked in the warehouse management system.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure that all items are accounted for and that discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring that all aisles, racks, and storage areas are properly maintained.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management.
  • Experience working with production equipment, furniture or large-scale inventory management preferred.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.

This is a full-time position that may require work outside of regular business hours. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of event professionals and help create memorable events for clients.
