Who we are: Broadwick is a multifaceted international company with headquarters in London who create, develop, own and operate a diverse portfolio of spaces, events and experiences. We believe in redefining spaces and how people experience music, art, culture and recreation by breaking down the traditional barriers. Our history and heritage is deeply rooted in music, building a portfolio of 20 global festivals before selling the portfolio in 2019 to focus on our growing portfolio of spaces that includes Printworks London, Depot Mayfield Manchester, Drumsheds, Exhibition White City and Magazine London. Collectively we strive to push boundaries and disrupt the cultural landscape by combining big thinking, bold ideas and commercial intelligence to produce spaces and experiences for discerning audiences in inspiring locations.

What we’re looking for: As part of the Central Broadwick Spaces Sales Team, you will work across our portfolio of 20 unique venues, playing a key role in driving sales and maximising opportunities across the business. Working closely with the Head of Portfolio Sales, you will manage both inbound and proactive enquiries, strategically matching clients with the venue that best meets their needs while optimising occupancy and revenue across the portfolio. This collaborative, commercially focused team acts as the first point of contact for many clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships while supporting the continued growth and success of Broadwick Spaces.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating inbound sales enquiries across a portfolio of venues, ensuring prompt responses and delivering an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry through to booking.
  • Managing shared inboxes, calendars, and sales pipelines, prioritising enquiries and scheduling client meetings and venue viewings efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maximise sales opportunities and support long-term business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting using CRM systems to support forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Assisting with preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts while supporting negotiations to achieve successful sales conversions.
  • Supporting venue tours and site visits, presenting spaces confidently and advising clients on event logistics, supplier options, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and events as well as brand consistency.
  • Supporting and proactively identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, networking, and follow-up activities.
  • Producing sales reports and analysing performance data to identify trends, support forecasting, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience working towards sales targets and KPIs, ideally within complex or multi-use event venues.
  • At least 1 year of experience in venue sales, venue-finding, events, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused sales environment.
  • A commercial mindset, with confidence in qualifying briefs, identifying opportunities, maximising revenue, and building profitable client relationships.
  • A good understanding of the local venue market and venue-finding agencies.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues at all levels, while remaining calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and competing priorities effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Confidence using Mac computers, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

What we offer: Discretionary bonus scheme of base salary. Paid overtime. 27 days paid holiday.
