Portway Mot Centre is a small but perfectly formed repair, service & MOT station. We take pride in caring for all makes & models of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, scooters, motorhomes, horseboxes, and garden machinery.

Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. You will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical tasks to support our daily operations and maintain efficient office procedures.

Duties:

  • Sales and up-sales of MOT work and repairs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with the team to schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in organising and maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support the team with any necessary administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow.
