What You'll Do
- Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils within the school
- Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion
- Provide support to pupils 1:1, or in groups, to help them access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement
- Offer interventions with a group of targeted children to achieve their learning potential
- Carry out tasks relating to children’s learning and their welfare
- Be committed to the safeguarding of children and equal opportunities
