What You'll Do

  • Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils within the school
  • Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion
  • Provide support to pupils 1:1, or in groups, to help them access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement
  • Offer interventions with a group of targeted children to achieve their learning potential
  • Carry out tasks relating to children’s learning and their welfare
  • Be committed to the safeguarding of children and equal opportunities
