Broadwater Medical Centre is seeking a Practice Nurse with Special Interest in Diabetes for a part-time role. The successful candidate will deliver routine, evidence-based diabetes care including annual reviews and insulin transfer follow-ups, while supporting chronic disease management for asthma, COPD and cardiac conditions.
