Broadview Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Call Center Representative to join our expanding team in Rochester, NH. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first voice our clients hear, and that voice matters. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, genuinely enjoys helping others, and understands the importance of clear, compassionate communication, especially when it comes to people’s fur babies.

- Serve as a trusted resource for clients through education and support

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in at least one of the following settings: Veterinary hospital, Medical or dental call center/front desk, Doggy daycare or kennel
- High school diploma or GED
