This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an iconic business with an incredible heritage. Formica, the original inventors of laminate, are celebrating over 110 years of innovation, while their North Shields manufacturing site has been a proud part of the North East since 1946. As part of the global Broadview Materials Group, they continue to invest heavily in their people, products and facilities.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, building strong relationships, supporting customers across Europe, managing orders, resolving queries and working closely with sales, supply chain and finance teams to deliver service excellence.
