Broadstone have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Technician to join the team in Glasgow.

IT Service Desk Technician – The Role:
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently recruiting an IT Service Desk Technician. We are looking for a technology enthusiast to help provide first class I&T support to our employees in Glasgow and across the wider Broadstone organisation. Please note, this role will require you to be onsite 5 days a week at one of our offices. There may be times when you will be required to complete some physical work, including lifting and carrying to complete your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring your own call queue and escalation to 2nd line
- Responsible for IT support of onsite staff in our Glasgow office
- Onsite installation, upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of IT equipment
- Administration and security of infrastructure equipment
Your Skills & Experience
- 1+ years’ experience within a similar role, with knowledge of working on a service desk platform
- Basic knowledge and experience of supporting and administering IT equipment
- An appetite to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- A willingness to travel to offices within England and Scotland depending on business needs
