Key Responsibilities
- Calculate benefits for members (leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths).
- Maintain membership records on the administration system.
- Deal with general and technical queries from members, the employer, and the trustees via telephone, email, and letter.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educated to A Level or equivalent, with a B grade or above in Mathematics.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Willing to study for pension qualifications.
- By the start of employment, must have permission to work in the UK.
