The role: You will join a large and growing organisation, working in a friendly, supportive environment where you will quickly become an integral and valuable part of our Pensions Administration team; a team that really value the quality of work they do for our clients. Broadstone invest in our people to ensure that they have the time and systems to do a proper, fulfilling job.

Key responsibilities:

  • Completing calculations in relation to member benefit entitlements
  • Responding to queries from various stakeholders
  • Preparing and collating information as requested

You:

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Previous experience carrying out a similar role with a third‑party administrator or in‑house occupational pension scheme
  • Experience working with DB Pension Schemes
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solutions driven individuals with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable
