Head of DC Proposition – The Role:
A newly created opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee development and implementation of Broadstone’s DC pensions and financial wellbeing proposition, maintaining it’s position as a leading consultancy.
We will provide a wide range of work experiences for the successful candidate within a supportive and entrepreneurial atmosphere. We will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and tangibly recognise your efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Head of DC Proposition – Key Responsibilities:

• Proposition – directing all aspects of the DC and financial wellbeing proposition, looking at market trends and client needs
• Team management – providing mentorship to consultants, helping senior members achieve their targets while assisting with recruiting and retaining staff
• Clients – overseeing relationships and conducting satisfaction review meetings, while providing advice and support to Broadstone’s largest DC clients
• Business development – supporting the business development team in pursuing prospects, RFP responses, pitches, distributing leads and cross-selling
• Regulatory and operational risk – ensuring that all consultants adhere to Broadstone Compliance Policies and Procedures, working in partnership with the Head of Compliance

Your Skills & Experience

Head of DC Proposition – You:

• At least 5 years of experience within a senior DC consulting position and 2 years in a management role
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead teams
• Industry qualification (e.g. APMI, FIA, CFA or level 4 CFA) is desirable
