The Role:
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Actuary to commence Autumn 2026. The successful candidate will work directly with experienced actuaries and consultants helping to advise our trustee and corporate clients in all areas of pension consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking actuarial calculations and draft communications to support corporate and trustee decision making in the management of pension schemes
- Developing an understanding of legislation and other obligations relevant to our clients
- Providing support to Scheme Actuaries in all aspects of the Scheme Actuary role
- Working with other teams within Broadstone to help optimise and enhance services provided by us to our clients
You:
- Graduate with a 2.1 or above at bachelors degree level (numerate degree preferable)
- An A' level (or equivalent) at Grade B or above in Maths
- You will be ready to start studying towards your professional qualifications
- The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK
