We are looking for a Senior Bid Writer to join our Pensions Administration & Advisory division and help drive business growth. The role offers a supportive environment, opportunities to build expertise in new business development, and potential for progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enhance RFP, tender and proposal materials; collaborate with external agencies to refresh content.
- Help shape the organisation’s business development strategy, manage the pipeline and forecast opportunities.
- Lead live RFP and pitch processes, drafting and reviewing sign‑off submissions.
- Build strong relationships with professional trustee firms and individuals, generate leads and refine propositions.
You will need
- Full understanding of new business development processes.
- Key understanding of the UK occupational pensions market and competitors.
- Strong ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Previous experience in a similar bid or proposals role.
